BORGER

The Borgerhout area of Antwerp hosts a fast-growing, avant-gardistic and dynamic art scene. The tri-annual Friday-night openings dubbed Borger offer an alternative yet complementary program to the Nocturne, further cementing Antwerps reputation as epicentre of contemporary art. Borger takes place three times a year in galleries and art spaces in the Borgerhout, Zurenborg and Berchem areas.

Nocturne

The renowned Nocturnes are a series of recurring, simultaneous Thursday-night openings hosted by a collective of established Antwerp Art galleries. Nocturne takes place every six weeks in galleries, museums and art spaces in the Zuid area of Antwerp.
